YI SHI 怡室 means “joyful room”, a friendly and relaxed place to learn and explore craft bean-to-bar chocolate.Based in Vancouver, Canada, YI SHI Cacao Collective is inspired by Olivia’s two-month sabbatical trip exploring and learning from cacao farms in Taiwan. The word “collective” represents the heart of our mission. It signifies our commitment to uniting cacao farmers, bean-to-bar chocolate makers, and chocolate loving consumers into a vibrant community.
