With over eight years of yoga, meditation, Sound chakra balancing, and teaching experience, I bring a warm, supportive approach to every class.I am certified with 650 hours of Hatha Yoga Teacher Training and 185 hours of Aerial Yoga Teacher Training, Sound healer and all completed in India, the birthplace of yoga.My goal is to guide students of all ages—especially those 55+—toward greater flexibility, balance, and confidence through safe, accessible, and mindful movement.
