At Yoga Hero, we put a focus on general fitness and feeling fabulous through yoga.We really believe yoga is one of the best things you can do for your body and mind; as such we run classes for beginners to boffins, regular beginners and improvers workshops as well as 'Introduction to Yoga courses'.All of our yoga classes are drop in, there's no need to book. We provide all equipment, but we don't mind if you want to bring your own!Come and join us!Namastex
