Yoga Metta is an Iyengar Yoga Studio in the heart of Leeds University quarter. We run classes Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays (daytime and evening) for all levels from beginners to experienced. We also run lots of great workshops with different themes again for all levels and abilities.
