Youth Entrepreneur Institute

YEI empowers youth from underserved communities, particularly East of the River in Washington, DC, to explore their creativity, develop skills, and thrive in entrepreneurship, STE(A)M, and the arts. Through hands-on learning and real-world experiences, we equip young people with the tools and confidence needed to Put Poverty "Out of Business."Our programs and incubators operate at Bard Early College High School in Ward 8 and our new makerspace and center in Ward 7, fostering creativity, leadership, and opportunity for the next generation of changemakers.
