Hi, I'm Dr. Z (Zyon Cleverley), and I'm a chiropractor with a serious passion for fitness! I truly believe in the power of movement and love helping others discover that for themselves. Circuit training is my absolute favorite – it's the perfect mix of strength, cardio, and variety, and it's adaptable for everyone. I'm excited to share my love of circuits with you and guide you through a fun and effective workout. Let's get moving! Each class is$10 dollarsand can either be paid in cash or through venmo to@zyclev. If using venmo just put the date of the class in the description like this "2/12/25". As interest grows more class times will become available. Package pricing is coming soon as well!
