I am an enthusiastic, loving, and empathetic yoga instructor whose teaching and personal practice focuses on both Yin/Yang energy and bringing them into harmony. Because of the dual sun and moon energy my classes range from Vinyasa, Gentle, Yin, and Restorative with an innate love for Yin. My approach to teaching is one of thought and care which enables me to teach the beginner and intermediate yogi while always remaining a student of the practice myself. I have my certification in Yin Yoga as well as my 200 hours from the Zenya Yoga Teacher Training program and currently enrolled in the 300 hours. I am here to honor you where you are knowing this journey of life can be challenging so creating a space where you feel safe to be still or move how your body feels.
