As a therapist specializing in anxiety, OCD, self-esteem, and relationships, I am passionate about providing mental health education to fellow providers and individuals across the board. My goal is to decrease stereotypes, provide valuable, life-saving knowledge, and help individuals receive, and clinicians provide, accurate diagnoses, effective treatment, and compassionate care. When not doing therapisty things, I enjoy walks with my dogs, Hallmark movies, and reading fast-paced novels.I provide counseling to individuals aged 20+ all throughout Washington state via telehealth.
