A mental health & fitness coach, Mel is passionate about holding a safe and non-judgemental space that allows people to hear their own voice and step into their own power.From a background as a commercial pilot, mechanic and display pilot, a car crash in 2010 pulled the rug under her feet and changed everything in her life, leaving her with chronic injuries and health conditions.
