I'm a certified nature and forest therapy guide and I run regular events to encourage people to reconnect with nature and community, for wellness and personal growth.For almost a decade, I have been guiding small groups primarily in and around London, in order to connect people to their local environment. I have also collaborated with charities, artists and companies, either by guiding walks, providing consultancy or giving talks.The experiences I run are mindful, embodied and relational and my style of guiding is grounded, intuitive and playful. I'm a firm believer and have witnessed how restoring people's relationship to the rest of nature, as well as their ability to connect to their body and follow their natural cycle could alleviate a lot of contemporary dis-ease.instagram account: @the.connective.space
